Power Usage Pedestal Fan

I'm pretty ...

I'm pretty quiet these days, is not it?
I'm rather a mother of two teenagers who are in their spring break.
I'm more of a writer who has both feet, both hands, both eyes, ears ... in the rewriting of the new literature.
I am a woman with a rather frail, which should reduce the hours spent in front of a screen, and go out to walk, get fresh air to breathe.
I Instead, a housewife who has to empty the kitchen cupboards, one at a time, as Monday comes, we remove all ... (We redo our kitchen)
I'm quite a reader who reads Albert Camus (his first book: The happy death) and was surprised not to get involved in the story (too many descriptions of a narrator with remote or objective: it leaves me cold).
I'm quite a dreamer: every night without exception, I dream, and in the morning, on waking, I see my dreams at night in my book. (What I find great ideas!)
I am rather an explorer experimenting different techniques to see, to learn, to make one more step on the road from my apprenticeship to become a better writer.

I'm pretty ... Well, I would say, busy life with those I love: my family, my friend (s), my cats, people I meet in my daily life and, of course, my characters.

I'm pretty ... the girl who just wanted to tell you that.

And in conclusion ...
... I'm pretty happy to be who I am, for I shall not want. (Filled, the girl? "You could say that)

Thanks for being there and read me.

A student in my class has a bad patch these days is not bad and whiners ... His trip is to get as many bad words. It has a nice collection. His favorite is "Blah! Blah! Blah!", "Who cares TOTALLY!" and "Damn !"... school POCKET

Équeurée its nasty comments and the advice of the psychiatrist of the school, it lists all the banned words together and then lists the words he can say instead ...

Column banned words was not difficult to find. I even had to stop ...

So that we find acceptable words, I released another word unacceptable level:

"Ha! Julie! I have no right to say no more sexy baby eh? (Laughter)"

"No indeed ... I'll write it. "

"But what does that mean exactly sexy?"

"Heum ... That means nice ... but ... put more vulgar! That's like saying shit instead of poop. But that same thing. "

" Ha ... Ok!

Discoveries

I continue my exploration and experimentation of my "W storyboard" by Mary Carroll Moore, with my new. I managed to out the five most prominent scenes of the story. Then I placed the other scenes on my table. And I realized that the weakness of my story is in Act II. I arrived too fast at the first turn (or moment). So I added an obstacle in the quest for my main character. Obstacle that is part of the great evil machinations of my character. While working on the storyboard, the story took shape in my head and the action was clarified. It's magic!
And everything fits! Yeeeea!
You should know that Mary Carroll More has also been another kind of "storyboard". This, it is linear. You can listen to us talk HERE.

Here are my "Storyboard" personal

Knowing what are the weaknesses of my story, I can work better on them then (from a list I made in my journal as a writer). There. I went over there ... I'll let you know for the future. I love to talk about my creative process. It's exciting, you have no idea! ;)

And you? Have you tried the "Storyboard"? If so, and if you do not mind, I offer you the opportunity to post pictures of your storyboard personal blog in a future post.

Let us show you all how this tool is fantastic and really helping.

If the project excites you, send me your picture to my email address:
Or you can just give me the permission to copy your photo could appear on your blog or Facebook, in the event that you would have already spoken.

I await your news, and I wish you good experiences with this wonderful tool!

Can I Take Benzonatate And Nyquil Together

Tribute to man

It's beautiful man. The song kept running through my head this morning.

C is a handsome man
It's so beautiful man
We are always proud to show
the arm of a man

Yes, we know what it means

Ah De appeal more To other men

It's beautiful man is jealous man

He always in the idea
That there is another man

But laughing
Say there are a hundred
Here he reassured

For some time a man is beautiful

is a brutal man is
Angry It breaks everything
terrifying a man

Why cry? The storm passed

You have to console a child

It's beautiful man is a man loyal
He looks frankly
All women in short

It's never
Absolutely discreet

You close your eyes When you love a man

But we know we share a little bit
her man

There are those men which are unknown. Easy to judge, are always the ones we hold many surprises to know them. I have one in mind, other than my own ...

Physically, it is rather big, hefty and beefy. His facial features leave no doubt voted for testosterone running through his veins. It's a male, a real one. With love handles bonus, fruit small gourmet dishes. And no beer piling up week after week over the years.

It is those for which the franchise is a golden rule. Tact, courtesy of a rule that employs a few times, when necessary. Always Polished and heart on his sleeve; family and friends, for him, is sacred.

Patience remains a mystery, well-kept secret in his case. Everything is a matter of context. The length of the wick adapted to situations. But when it ends, you know soon enough. By

humor and habit, it takes expert reviews. He has strong opinions and he likes to share, even when they are unfounded or frivolous they are ... passionate debates, politics and language are his favorite subjects. He likes the animosity of a discussion and likes to shock for the cause.

"French is the m ****! I say that assimilation English is the best thing that could happen ... "But ... you do not speak an English word! "Yeah ... too bad? "

Despite its indisputable characteristics of masculinity, a man faithful and devoted. Desperate to charm her sweet and make her happy. Face masks, foot baths, pedicures airbrush ... Nothing stops him. So there is taste ...

What he loves above all is the tickle of his girlfriend. When she passes his hand through his hair, or when she slides her fingers gently into her back. He immediately begins to coo happiness. The roaring cat is immediately transformed into nice kitten.

But the cat quickly returns to galloti when it comes to his protective instinct. Because it is a duty to be the guardian of the family home and his beloved. Beware he who covet a place in the marriage bed: "I'd kill him! "

Side cinema, he advocates action and chose war movies, especially horror and zombies. Nothing to do to waste time on movies sanctimonious and boring, although it regularly falters - his love for his beloved - a few movies rose water ... But do not listen to him proposing Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain ...

the evening before bed and excel in his famous buzzing national he likes to invent stories ... With age, he traded the Little Red Riding Hood to replace the wolf by zombies ... His favorite scenarios lie in the barricades against attacks from evil zombies tricks with which he defends his sweetheart.

Yes, it's beautiful man ... On the surface, they may look quite different. But when we learn to know them well, they all have the same thing in common: a lovely fragility well hidden under a knight's armor.

what's what in the success of gender relations ... The woman is hiding under her an unmistakable eternal fragility.

And as women, we sing It's beautiful man ...

Hope and naivete

I correct understanding of text. A beautiful melancholic text.

is the story of a snowman, Teo, who is bored and decides to go south like birds. He takes the train, but he headed over to the South, more it melts. He gradually loses his hat and his broom until it becomes a puddle. Dreary, but cute.

Several issues tracking and some inference questions (read between the lines) are waiting later. The responses of some students made me laugh so much ...

Why Teo hat he rolls on the floor?

- Because he is on the floor and it slides to the floor!
- Because he was small: the train was going more quickly and there it was hot.
- Because it was windy.
- The hat rolls because the train is running.
- His hat is gone.
- Because he fell head over Teo.
- Because there's a rabbit in his hat.

In the end, one last question ...

you think this story have a happy or unhappy? Explains why.

I expected a response like: malheuseuse because it fails to go south. He had not thought there was warmer and he ends his journey turned into a puddle.

But some still here surprised me:

- Happy, because he has made friends and everyone was nice to him.
- Happy, because he looks happy ...

It touched me. It's beautiful hope and naivete.

Md 85081 Driver Windows 7

Here we go again!

Since the end of NaNoWriMo, I went through a slowdown in my writing. During the first weeks of December, there was something weird that I felt in my eyes it looked like the fact that hopping is a muscle involuntarily. Yet there is no muscle there, at least not to my knowledge. I have concluded that the pace of writing NaNoWriMo had perhaps been a little too intense for my personal capacity. I had the "third eye" which throbbed!

Then there was the letter of rejection of my manuscript ... On December 17, 2010

Then I lifted the foot on the pedal. My inner critic, too far and too controlling, it is a field day: he took the whole place! So during the past two months, I have laid a new one, which I have finally ended yesterday. The first jet, of course.

I finally found a way to counter the presence of my inner critic: keep a log writer.

is what I do, since about ten days, being moved by the visceral need to find me. I noted all that made me feel bad vis-à-vis my writing: my fears, my doubts, my lack of confidence ... But also and above all, my interviews with my characters in my novel, my thoughts, my ideas ... This journal helps me to release to back passionate writer than I am. It became my daily companion. As soon as I hear the voice of my inner critic to speak in my head, I write in my journal soon, and presto!, She left! I'm up to Annie, the writer.

This really worked, because this week, I feel renewed in my creativity. I even finished my new!

Another factor that helped me find my creative impulse, and it blog Mary Carroll Moore.
Recently, she put on her blog a video explaining the structure of a story in three acts with what she calls the "W storyboard." This approach is very revealing because it shows the writer's faults (which is not always at first glance) appear in its narrative structure. I watched the video at least three times, if not more, to be sure I understood everything that Mary told them.

Then ...

During the weekend, I bought three large boxes at Staples, and once at home, I created my own "W Storyboard. Today I split my new in several scenes. There are 17 in all. In doing so, I discovered that some parts did not stand. I also found passages. The structure of my news is not yet ready. ... It squeaks The next step is to find among the five most intense scenes to put the five points of W on my board.

There. I left, my passion has returned. I triple-bottom! Yahoo!

I'll let you know for the future.

Thanks for being there and read me.

Dua To Get Rid Of Worms In My Stomach

To evoke emotion ...

Here is a loose translation of a section of an article read in the magazine Writer's Digest (the number of February). The authors share some tips on writing. There are 25 in all! The one I chose is the 20th. It was written by David Morrell.

Here.

"Hemingway mentioned the" sequence of motion and fact "of a story. James M. Cain discussed "the algebra of stories: a + b + c + d = x". These authors wanted to actually talk about the sequence of events in a story which, if properly organized and vividly dramatized, create a stimulus that will force the reader to feel the emotion that the author is trying to create. Simply put emotions will not lead a reader to feel them. For example, the sentence: "It is sad." Evokes no sadness in him. It should rather live the situation in history, experience what the character experiences. With the sequence "of movements and developments," the writer can cause an emotion in her character, but also in the reader.

writers get this effect using the five senses in their descriptions and in their scenes, making them multidimensional. Do not put the details of the view produces an effect almost always "no relief" or flat. In step rewrites, take a few minutes to make sure that each scene contains at least one detail from another direction. The reader can not help but delve into the history and experience, rather than simply make it say. "David Morrell

In practice, what does that mean?

This .

Here is an example of a scene where only the sense of sight is used.

Anne-Sophie leaned forward to examine the doll soggy. She lay at his feet, his head frayed, torn arms, the blue skirt is covered with mud. His heart sank when she saw we had an X on his face with a pencil. She inspected more closely his little legs and shoes miniatures. They had yellowed. How was this possible? Anne-Sophie had a doubt. His Jimmilie she had peed?

Now the example where I am appealing to other senses than sight.

Anne-Sophie leaned forward to examine the doll soggy. She lay at his feet, his head frayed, torn arms, the blue skirt is covered with mud. His heart sank when she saw we had an X on his face with a pencil. The tip of her finger, she touched the fabric and withdrew immediately, shuddering. His Jimmilie was icy! She inspected more closely his little legs and shoes miniatures. They had yellowed. How was this possible? Anne-Sophie had a doubt. She sniffed and sniffed with small strokes, like a cat. She winced in plating a hand against her mouth. His Jimmilie had peed? She smelled of urine!

What other way did I added in the second example? What effect these have had on you as a reader? What emotion is evoked in this passage?

go and make me happy, tell me ...

Thanks in advance for your comments.

Why Women's Wearing Napkins

The interview technique

Emily Hanlon explains in his book The Art of Fiction Writing or How to Fall Down the Rabbit Hole Without Really Trying , a technique that I find extraordinary. Anyway, for the kind of writer I am, it works very well. I use it to better understand my characters, so they are not only creatures of paper to a single dimension. This technique helps me feel better inside. It helps to counteract this bad habit that I have a purely mental image of what they are, avoiding any contact with my emotions.

Here's how Emily describes her technique:

(unofficial translation)

This technique of interviewing the character can be very useful. The secret of success is to be relaxed enough, free enough of his inner critic, to flow with the creative flow and allow to rise all that can or must be born. Perhaps you would take time to see the character in your inner eye. You absolutely do not need to see the physical appearance of the character, instead, open up its presence and allow the energy you animate, you live. Use this technique with a character who comes from one of your written or one you never even imagined. Never doubt neither questions nor answers that arise naturally.

Here are some questions to help you start your interview. It does give you a few, leave the rest of the interview flow naturally from the interactions between you and the character. Get an idea of him or her from its appearance. Feel the energy, hear his voice, let the interview take its own direction, his own life. Cast in the flood.

Questions Departure:

- What is your name?

- How old are you?

- Where you were born (e)?

- Where do you live now?

- Are you married (e)?

- Do you have children?

- What kind of work do you do in life?

- Tell me why you're here.

The last question is the one I prefer. I asked a similar Sandrinelli to my character, heroine of the news I am writing workshop for Elizabeth Vonarburg. I asked her why she wanted me to talk about it. And his answer was that the idea was hiding behind my story and I could not put your finger on it ...

can also use this technique when you do not know how one of our characters must react in a given situation. That's what I did with my character Jacob in my novel, The Burning of Adeline. He answered me and I could continue writing my story.

This technique really helps me dig into my characters ...

By listening carefully to the answers of the characters, we can better understand their distinctive voice, that is to say the way they talk, their jargon, the structure of their sentences ...

I tell you, the interview is an invaluable tool for the writer. Try it and tell me your experience by leaving a comment below.

If you know of other techniques to help the writer to his characters know better, the techniques you've already experienced preferably, I invite you to share them by leaving a comment, below, to that everyone can benefit.

Thank you for being there and read me.

Cooler Master V8 или Zalman

Guess what is the preferred position of my boyfriend since we Illico?

Indices: Flame is her favorite game of war, he plays every day in games of tanks, put images of the second world war on our PC as a screen saver, put a photo of tank in our living room (and would tannnnt wanted it to be in our room ... Luckily, I fought to the end!), loves to browse through the section of fiction books on all existing wars, bought magazines and Armor Battles every two months in bed every Tom Clancy possible party has a collection of war films, has all the Ghost Recon X-Box and includes a trip to France with a friend this question was to dive back into the landing Normandy (although we visited a million things on it in France).

So? You guessed?

Despite everything, my boyfriend did not brainwash the American patriot who dreams of guns. It is a passionate, but not a bloodthirsty warrior.

My man, it is quite true. With a head and even a heart. I love ...

Even when he breaks my ears with his testimony of veteran ... to Military Channel.

Data Tables Of Female Bmi

The minutes of January 18, 2011 Cafe Philo

The man is - he dominate nature?

Accuracy address: This report does not pretend to trace exhaustively all the ideas that were expressed. And, of course, it is far from exhausting the many issues raised by the theme.

Introduction: This is a theme which, to be philosophical, is no less valid.

Global warming, depletion of natural resources, genetic engineering, GMOs etc ...

Some, more numerous, advocating sustainable development, a decrease or a radical change in lifestyles and consumption.

What do you think has made the benefits of action on human nature?

Debate 15 minutes

sciences and modern technologies give the man an unparalleled mastery of nature.
progress and areas are cumulative, there appears to be limited only to the temporary appropriation of the world by man.

Man is weak and helpless and did not have the same defense systems than animals.

In Greek mythology, Prometheus compensates the error of his brother Epimetheus who gave the animals to the detriment of mankind's most important gifts: strength, speed, courage and cunning, hair, wings or shells. He will give fire to man whereby he can prevail on animals.

With thought, man increases his knowledge and it is increasing its technical power so it can cope with natural aggression and explore the Universe.

Advances in understanding the world, men are hoping to go as "masters and possessors of nature" and the states in the Descartes discourse on method.

man was able to increase its power physical face of nature.

He was able to increase significantly and incessant life expectancy, its ability to predict natural disasters and to protect themselves. He even managed to transform nature itself especially through manipulation of the genetic heritage of living species, plant or animal or human.

For many, man can not dominate nature.

Who thinks so?

Discussion 15 minutes. The man said

Spinoza is not an empire within an empire, which means that the world he occupies no privileged position.

confidence in the future is much less triumphalist until the nineteenth century.

The perverse effects of technology pose many threats to the future of humanity and the planet (global warming, nuclear war or bacteriological, GMO etc. ...).

Pascal in thinking compares man to a reed, the weakest of nature but it is a thinking reed.
should not that the whole universe arm itself to crush a vapor, a drop of water suffices to kill him.

If tradition biblical example is the fruit of man the highest of God's creation and to be alone the image of God in a cosmos geocenter, if it orders the man to subjecting animals and dominate the earth, it also recalls how he is but dust. Pascal says that the power of the human body is comparable only to that part of the universe, and even, as he stated, a particle that is a drop of water so that the fight is inherently unequal.

For Pascal, the thought that gives man not extra strength but the nobility, the value and dignity.
The man must think his humility. The man knows he is mortal, he is aware of its fragility.
Then all his actions, each her feelings have value for him.
may try in vain to compete with nature, which according to Pascal would be stupid but he can exploit the time of his life to "think" to measure the price of the moments of its existence, its short existence.

Despite exponential advances in science and technology, the human condition is that of a finished condemning the vanity of the excessive ambitions and hopes of eternity.

A little-known philosopher worth quoting. This is Hans Jonas, a German Jew, had to leave his country when Hitler came to power.

In his first major philosophical work he devoted to gnosis, he showed how Western civilization, by the violence of his technique, based on the irreducible duality of spirit and nature, the first to submit and reduce the second.
He warns against the remote consequence of this disastrous position, which should lead to a global catastrophe if no awareness intervenes to stop it.

It was he who first theorized the precautionary principle. Faced with a global threat which could destroy the living or the nature of this man, it is necessary to refrain from doing what he would be technically possible to do.

Return or the evocation of a return to a natural order is it necessarily an improvement?

Debate.

Weber believes that monotheism and especially his view of Christianity has disenchanted the world, thereby preparing the technical skill, scientific knowledge and economic exploitation.

Unlike schools of thought as Pantheism deified nature. Pantheism is the idea that the universe is of divine nature in any of its parts. For

Rousseau, nature has made man happy and good but society corrupts and makes the miserable.

The Enlightenment was the great century of nature. That - it appears everywhere and eventually qualify all, a certain way of thinking about law, religion, law, feelings and even music.
The revolutionary calendar, give new names to the months with the seasons and fields.

Voltaire violently criticized the design of Rousseau's exaltation of nature.
In a letter to Rousseau, he writes "we never used to want so much wit to make us stupid." It takes
want to walk on all fours when one reads your book.

Cynics like Diogenes believe that human law has nothing to do with the nature of things. For them to live down the law and return to nature.

The Stoics had the motto "Living according to nature" whatever its nature or nature in the sense of cosmic order. Some

ideology appealed to a natural order or a pseudo natural order
Living Space Nazis, eugenics etc. ....

Unlike the glorification of nature, Lacordaire was saying, which goes against the sanctity of a natural order, "Between the strong and the weak, freedom oppresses and the law that liberates. "

Could we say, and this is not the Lacordaire "Long live free foxes and chickens in a poultry-free free?

Elisabeth Badinter points out the dangers of a return to nature which is often advocated. For example, for her activism, pro-breastfeeding is the main danger to women's emancipation and would be the prelude to a return of the housewife. She also criticizes
what it calls eco totalitarianism.

Hegel, in contrast to the romantic view of nature not as an expression of the spirit but as his alienation.

Unlike most of his predecessors, Hegel does not believe in the existence of a natural right. The law is according to him an expression of freedom and non-assertive cons in nature. The greatness of spirit lies in its unnatural.

Hobbes is the author of the famous quote "Man is a wolf to man."
In the state of nature, man is not the reason be described by the Stoics but a creature of violent passion.
Without being able to coerce and restrain them, the men enjoy equal terrible than death to give anyone, because those who do not have great physical strength can always cunning or treachery.
Only the power of the state called by him on Leviathan may allow men to live together.

Rousseau does not justify absolute power but unlike the democratic power. For the author of the social contract, the sovereign, it is neither God nor the pope nor the king is the people.

Thanks to the social contract, civil law supersedes the regulation of the spontaneous state of nature.

It is possible to note there is a certain contradiction in Rousseau recognizes that the regulation made by nature can not sufficient law and harmony among people.

For Kant, "the human being is neither friendly nor completely unsociable. That is what realizes the oxymoron "unsocial sociability."

Nature is an illusion or as an entity or as a source?

Debate A philosophical existential questions is whether the material or intellectual nature, ie from the world of ideas. For
John Scotus Eriugena, a great philosopher of the ninth century Carolingian, these are the things that grow out of ideas. The resulting round circles of the idea circle.

It draws on the ideas of Plato, who opposes the myth of the cave the sensible world and the world intelligible.

For Plato, the intelligible world is an idea. For example, when a carpenter makes a bed, it does so after a model he has in his head. According to Plato, this model is an intelligible idea is an idea too.

For Montaigne, the laws of conscience that we say the unborn nature of reality are born of custom.

For Pascal, the men were quick to attribute the alleged nature of what they have them - even invented more or less arbitrary.

man can free himself from nature other than by technology?

Debate.

For Francis Bacon, which lend certain authorship of Shakespeare, "We do not command nature except by obeying her."

This phrase means that Bacon, to act on nature, it is first necessary to know. Not
example, dreaming of flying like Icarus birds that man could rise into the air but releasing the laws of mechanics.

Like Spinoza, Holbach believed that man is not an empire. There is no detachment from Nature. The man is both formed by nature and circumscribed by it.

Buddhism, or at least some of its current advocates the acceptance of nature. We can change the world but the relationship that we have in the world.

Psychoanalysis and psychology can try to understand the mechanisms underlying unconscious or that influence on people so they can get free at least to some extent.

Spinoza already spoke when he said that men are mistaken when they believe they are free in their opinion is that they are aware of their actions and ignorant of the causes by which they are determined.

Psychoanalysis distinguishes biological being a social being. The tale "The Three Little Pigs" is instructive in this regard. Only one of three that differed sufficiently immediate pleasure built a concrete house that is resistant to the wolf. This explanation comes from Bruno Bettelheim's book "The Fairy Tales of psychoanalyst.

Conversely, Desmons Morris in his famous book "The Naked Ape" that one can not read too adviser described the human race through a spy for ethologist ie with the same look as that which one wears on other animals.
It demonstrates that behaviors that seem to take on the most ethereal of Culture in fact derived from our primate ancestry.
is therefore an illusion, according to him, thinking that we can escape to nature.

In conclusion do you think that man must dominate nature?

Debate.

It might be interesting to change the perspective of the issue and not to think in terms of domination. For Bertrand

Duhaime, Hinduism teaches us that instead of dissecting the nature, human beings should try to understand her relationship with her. What man removes Nature, he removes it himself. And, by dint of subtle weaken the pyramid that supports it, it could cause its own collapse. If man respected nature, it would come to feel a reverence for all phenomena of everyday life, even simple. For the infinite ocean of power that is at work in the background of all events and phenomena of the natural world.

I found on the net's very beautiful words written in 1998 in a duty of philosophy near this theme Claire Hornung Student Terminale ES Thionville

"We know that Faust sold his soul to the devil in exchange for limitless knowledge and technical power it confers. Could not we dream of an anti-Faust technique that sacrifices to God in exchange for the rediscovery of his soul. "

quotes and dialogues

week past, during my two writing workshops, participants and I discussed on how to write dialogue. It was during the course of Friday, however, that I suddenly turned on the method that uses quotation marks. Before, I must admit, I did not understand this technique only partially ...

You know, I love teaching writing because I learn so much! It's crazy ...

So it is by reading an excerpt of the novel The Junk participants that I understood this in detail how to write dialogue.

Beautiful technique, you'll see! The more I discover, the more I love it.

Let's start with an example from my imagination, a first draft, with some adjustments, right? And all its imperfection: my goal, do not forget, is to illustrate the method.

Aline walked nervously toward John. He did not even noticed, which increased his anxiety, and his heart is racing. At any moment, her legs would let go. He does not need, he should know. Decided, despite his wobbly stilts, she stood before him. "I'm your girl," she said. He burst out laughing. "What are you talking about, girl? Did you sleep badly?

- No, I have the DNA evidence. Here ... "

He took the note she handed him, and the more he read, the more his face grew pale. He pointed it suddenly stern eyes on her. Aline started. "How is this possible? "He asked abruptly, handing him the sheet. "I have no children, I have no wife, I've been alone ...

- You never met a women in your life?

- Well, uh, he said, yes, a few, but nothing serious ...

- You never imagined that one of them could get pregnant by you? "

He rubbed mechanically chin, squinting. Y ap't be the gypsy, Francoise, frolics with whom I have a little longer ...

- Francesca, perhaps?

- No, her name was Frances! When I met her, she nestled against the Pacific Ocean in a kind of blue caravan she was probably fired from his old Jeep. "

John smiled, appear suddenly lost in her memories. Aline took the opportunity to release a photo of his pocket and waved it under his nose. "The caravan, by chance? He stole a glance at her. His eyes betrayed a deep disbelief, fear too. From a slow gesture, he took the picture and examined it.

What must be understood with this technique is that every time you want to introduce a sentence of narration, you must close quotation marks to open later during following a replica, as shown in the example below.

"I'm your girl," she said. "He burst out laughing . "What are you talking about, girl? Did you sleep badly?

If I did not close the quotes after the second replica, it is because another reply directly followed. In this case, you must use dashes to introduce this new replica. And when you have multiple replicas that are linked together, without including sentences belonging to the narrative, focus on the dashes.

"I no children, I have no wife, I've been alone ...

- You never met a women in your life?

- Well, uh, he said, yes, a few, but nothing serious ...

- You never imagined that one of them could get pregnant by you? "

The first line is introduced by a quotation that opens, then the following are preceded by a hyphen. And the last line of the exchange ends with a closing quotation mark. There.

okay? You always follow me? OK, so we can continue.

What now interpolations? It's very simple. If they are short, you insert them inside quotation marks. "I'm your girl," she said . " By cons, if they are long, you close the quotation mark before and after write the incision.

He took the note she handed him, and the more he read, the more his face grew pale. He suddenly leveled harsh eye on her. Aline started. "How is this possible? " he asked abruptly, handing him the sheet. "I have no children, I have no wife, I've been alone ...

And if another replica of the same character follows, then you reopen the quotes as I did.

To conclude, here an excerpt from the novel by Sarah Waters, The Junk , P.136-137. I suggest you take your time to analyze how the author uses quotes and dashes in his dialogues. Happy reading and exploring!

"It was nobody's fault," said Caroline. That's what brother who has unleashed on the harpsichord. And if the parents had managed to keep the little instead of letting them run around - or better yet, if they had not simply brought ... "

What exactly brought us back to the starting point, except that this time is Caroline, his mother and me revécûmes the drama from beginning to end, each bringing his vision slightly different events. From time to time, I glanced toward Rod. I saw him light a new cigarette - it failed completely, dropping tobacco on his knees - I felt him stir constantly agitated, annoyed as our voices. However, I did not realize how he felt ill until he pounces on his sudden feet.

"Enough! he said. I can not stand it. I have heard enough for today. Excuse me, Mom, Doctor: I return to my room. I'm sorry. I ... I'm sorry. "

He spoke in a voice so exhausted and was moving so painfully that I pretended to get up to help.

"It's going to go?

- Very well, "he said once, extending a hand as if to repel. "Do not worry. Really, I'm fine. He smiled unconvincing. "Simply, I feel a bit seedy after tonight. I'll ... I'll tell Betty to bring me a cacophony. After a good night's sleep, I'll be in great shape. "

Her sister got up, walked towards him and slipped an arm under his.

"You do not need me, Mom? she said softly. In this case, I will also say good night. "She looked embarrassed. "Thank being passed to us, Dr. Faraday. That's very considerate of you. "

I was forced to get up in my lap. "Sorry for not being able to bring better news. But please, try not to worry too much.

- Oh, I'm not worried, "she said with a smile as brave as his brother. "That people can say what they want. They will not touch Gyp. I will not let them do it. "

Roderick and it came out, the dog trotting along faithfully on their heels, reassured for the moment, with the assurance of their voices.

There.

Thanks for being there and read me!
