At school, we swim in the theme of business these days. Last week, a small job: to associate images with descriptive text referring to occupations. Then, associate vocabulary with each occupation.
Assessment: the communications era is over.
Children do not know what a post office. Or a package. Not even a stamp!?!

By cons, they are very familiar with the email. They sail on Youtube forever. Facebook know, even if they do not have accounts (well there, I hope !?!). They carry the Iphone, Itouch Ipad and better than me. Already dreaming of cell.
